Strategic Planning, working together to develop and execute a strategic planning model that adds positive results.

Elements of the strategic plan include a mission statement that all in the organization understand. Strategic Imperatives that support the Mission Statement. Strategic Initiatives that support the Imperatives. Along with Consistent Performance Measures that provide quantitative evidence progress is being made.

Year one of the plan will also include an operating plan to measure immediate results.

During the process owners of each of the Strategic Imperatives will be identified and will be held accountable for results.
